It’s always a good sign when a company excels at the little things.
For Ben Kramer and his wife, Kaelyn, they’ve learned that their HVAC company’s commitment to small details is leaving big impressions on their satisfied clients.
“I would highly recommend Ben with On It Heating and Cooling.
A lot of other companies were salesmen, but Ben was straightforward, timely, and polite.
He got us right in, did great work, and the icing on the cake, he sent our family a Christmas Card!” said happy customer Alicia Homrich.
The Kramers’ HVAC business, On It Heating and Cooling, specializes in delivering ultimate home comfort to Sand Lake, MI, and the surrounding Grand Rapids areas.
Just like the key to a successful marriage, the couple understands the vital role that honest communication plays in their relationships with valued clients.
“We strive for excellent communication and prompt service. Being honest and ethical is extremely important to us,” says Ben.
“We understand that comfort, efficiency, and cost are all important, so we provide this information upfront before customers make any major purchase decisions,” continues Kramer.
The company also provides free quotes for all of their heating, cooling, ventilation, and filtration services.
Customers certainly appreciate clear communication, but the Kramers are well aware that actions always speak louder than words.
Ben has 11 years of industry experience and holds a BSc in HVACR Engineering Technology from Ferris State University.
He can service or install any HVAC system and has become particularly knowledgeable and proficient at working with Luxaire products.
And in a rapidly evolving industry, both Ben and Kaelyn are always immersing themselves in books, podcasts, classes, and other mediums to continue their education and improve their service.
Ben provides the technical expertise, and Kaelyn is the finance manager responsible for keeping costs low and passing savings along to customers.
Ben performs replacements, installations, and maintenance of air conditioners, furnaces, smart thermostats, heat pumps, boilers, and more.
He has a deep understanding of HVAC systems from both a design and performance standpoint, so he is confident in finding the best way to help his clients.
“We would never try to sell a customer something they don’t need. I think our honesty and quality of work keeps our customers coming back.
We are an independent, family-owned business with roots in the community.
We also like to make all our work look great, which certainly helps,” says Ben.
While On It Heating and Cooling operates as a two-person team, for now, the company has plans to grow over the coming years.
Phyxter applauds this vision and wishes Ben and Kaelyn continued success in the Sand Lake area and beyond.
